City Community Care Incorporated (ABN 60 547 256 906) (“CCC”) has been a Registered Charity and endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) since 23 October 2014.  The vision of CCC is to assist the disadvantaged in the community within the Sydney CBD precinct through the provision of services identified as required from time to time in a caring, secular environment.  Its purpose is to carry out and work towards the following charitable purposes, including but not limited to:

(a) The advancement of community development and the relief of those in need by reason of disadvantage in the Council area of the Sydney City Council; and

(b) To:

(i) develop day-to-day running and funding necessary to provide breakfast,

(ii) develop day to day running and funding necessary for any other project which may, from time to time, be considered necessary and appropriate, and

(iii) relieve hardship and to work in partnership with other bodies and agencies to assist with the relief of hardship and to provide food, clothing, shelter and associated medical referral and care.

It does this through the management and operation of the Early Bird Cafe at 197 Macquarie Street Sydney with the assistance of supporters and a team of volunteers.

Donations

General terms

Donations to CCC of $2 and over are tax deductible in Australia. This will appear on your receipt issued from this website.

Disputes and refunds

All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly by phoning XXXXXXXXX or emailing XXXXXXXXXXXX as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. Any issues should be directed to CCC in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
